Stop advertising multiple Courses

Open the ‘Class’ or ‘Web’ Courses DataGrid from your main navigation menu on the left This will open the Courses DataGrid Recommended: Add the ‘Advertise' column to your Courses DataGrid so that you can see which of your Courses are advertised and which are not To add additional columns into your DataGrid, click on the ‘Change Columns’ button at the top right of the DataGrid results   Use the ‘+' button to add the ‘Advertise’ column and click on the 'Apply’ button You will now see the ‘Advertise’ column included within your DataGrid Select the Courses you no longer wish to ‘Advertise’, selected Courses will have a blue background colour Select the 'Bulk Edit' option at the top of the DataGrid You will see the first option available is ‘Advertise’ and the checkbox next to it is not checked To stop advertising your selected Courses, leave the Advertise checkbox unchecked Click the 'Save' button to apply your changes Your Courses will now show as ‘No’ under the ‘Advertise’ column within the DataGrid If you visit the section on your web page where your Courses were advertised, you will now see that the Courses are no longer available Please not the below is an example table showing a list of courses, your will look different depending on how your website has been configured and styled
