Advertise multiple Courses
Learn how to advertise multiple Courses at once for public bookings
Once you have your Course schedule ready to publish on your website, it is a very quick process to update your Courses to be public!
You can select which Courses you’d like to be advertised, which will mean that they are available to display on your website, and they will also available in your Learner Portal. This means that your customers will be able to add these Courses to their basket and complete bookings for them.

Advertise multiple Courses
This step will run through how to access the list of Courses that are not currently advertised
You will use the Bulk Edit option to update multiple Courses in one go!
Open the ‘Class’ or ‘Web’ Courses DataGrid from your main navigation menu on the left
This will open the Courses DataGrid
To add additional columns into your DataGrid, click on the ‘Change Columns’ button at the top right of the DataGrid results
Use the ‘+' button to add the Advertise column and click on the 'Apply’ button
You will now see the 'Advertise' column included within your DataGrid
Select the Courses that you wish to ‘Advertise’
Select the 'Bulk Edit' option at the top of the DataGrid
You will see the first option available is ‘Advertise’ and the checkbox next to it is unticked
Check the ‘Advertise’ checkbox
Click Save to update each of your selected Courses to be advertised
Your Courses will now show as ‘Yes’ under the Advertise column within the DataGrid
Top Tip
For your Courses to be advertised, the ‘Advertise’ checkbox must be checked on your Course and also on it’s Course Template.
If you visit the section on your web page where you want the Course to ‘Advertise’ you will now see that this Course is showing
Please not the below is an example table showing a list of courses, yours will look different depending on how your website has been configured and styled
