Steps to enable waiting list bookings

Learn how to allow your customers to make waiting list bookings on one of your Courses, when it becomes fully booked
For each Course that you offer there is the option for you to enable waiting list bookings, this option means that you can capture the interest from your customers even when your Course is fully booked!
Waiting Lists not only mean that you have a list of potential bookings if you receive any cancellations on your Courses, they also provide you with the opportunity to assess if scheduling additional dates are likely to be popular and profitable.

Allow Waiting List bookings on your Course
Follow this step to turn on support for waiting list Delegates on your Course
Open the ‘Class’ or ‘Web’ Courses DataGrid from your main navigation menu on the left
This will open the Courses DataGrid
Find the Course that you’d like to update by applying filters and/or searching the Courses DataGrid
Once you have found the Course you wish to update, right click and click ‘Edit’ from the context menu
This will open the Course details page
Scroll down to the ‘Waiting List’ section
Using the drop down, select ‘Enabled’
Please Note
The default option can be chosen if you have Waiting Lists enabled across the whole Platform. To enable Waiting lists across the whole platform, please contact our Support Team who will be able to activate this for you which means Courses will automatically have the Waiting List active.
Top Tip!
Ensure the Waiting List section is defined on your Course Template, the ‘Waiting List’ dropdown must be selected on your Course and also on it’s Course Template.
