Learn how to remove a Session from a multi-part Sessional Course Template.
As your Courses evolve, whether this is following Delegate feedback, Trainer feedback, or due to guidelines changing, you may need to adapt the structure of a Sessional Course. If you no longer need to include one of the elements of a multi-part Course, you can very easily remove this as a Session from your Course Template’s Session Plan.
Once you have removed a Session from a Session Plan, all future courses you schedule using this Course Template will no longer include this Session.

Remove a Session from a multi-part Course Template
This step will take you through the steps to remove a Session from a Course Template Sessions Plan
From the Main Navigation menu go to Course Templates
Find the Course Template that you wish to update a Session for by applying filters and/or searching the Course Templates DataGrid
Right Click on the Course Template and select ‘Edit’ from the context menu
Select the 'Session Plan Items' option from the Course management menu
This will open the ‘Session Plan Maintenance’ DataGrid
Right click on the Session you wish to delete and select delete from the context menu
Click the ‘Yes’ option when prompted from the confirmation pop up
A confirmation pop up will appear confirming the Session has now been deleted, click ‘OK’ to close this window
Please note
The already scheduled courses won’t be updated, only Courses that are created from now on.
