Learn how to mark an individual Delegate as ‘Completed’ when they have finished their Course

Once a Delegate has completed all of the requirements for their Course, whether this is simply attending a day in a classroom, or whether this is a series of coursework, classroom sessions, and exams, if they have passed the Course you can very quickly mark their Delegate as ‘Completed’ to trigger your automated post-Course communications to them (such as course evaluations, and certificates).

Navigate to the Course you wish to complete the Delegate on

This step will run through how to access the Delegate you wish to cancel from your Course.

  1. Depending on whether you are checking Courses in a Classroom or Online, open the Courses > Class or Courses > Web DataGrid on the left-hand side

  2. This will open your Course DataGrid

     

  3. Find the Course that your Delegate is booked on, by applying filters and/or searching the Courses DataGrid

  4. Right-click on the Course the Delegate is booked onto, this will show you the context menu options for this Course

     

  5. Click on the ‘Delegates’ context menu option to view the Delegates assigned to this Course

     

 


Complete the Delegate on your Course

This step will run through how to mark the Delegate as ‘Completed’ on your Course.

  1. You will be taken to the Delegates DataGrid, which will show you the Delegates assigned to this Course only

     

  2. From the Delegates DataGrid, identify the Delegate that you need to set to Completed

     

  3. Right-click the Delegate to view the context menu options for this Delegate and click ‘Edit’

     

  4. This will open the Details page for this Delegate

     

  5. From here, change the Delegate’s ‘Status’ drop-down box to 'Completed’

     

  6. Once you have selected the ‘Completed' Status click the ‘Save’ button in the top right of the page.

     

  7. This will update this Delegate’s status to ‘Completed’
