Administration Options

The Administration Menu is your hub for managing behind-the-scenes platform settings that support your day-to-day operations!

From your Administration Menu you can configure your platform preferences, define your finance settings, manage templates, and configure integrations!

Where to find the Administration Menu

To access your Administration Menu;

  1. Click on the ‘Profile’ option at the top-right of your platform

  2. Select the ‘Administration’ option

Courses

Awards

Awards are records that are stored against Users to show their qualifications.

Delegate Status Reasons

Delegate Status Reasons are used for setting specific reasons against a Delegate's status on a Course.

eLearning Packages

eLearning Packages are SCORM-compliant files for eLearning Courses.

Knowledge Document Packages

Knowledge Document Packages are files used for Knowledge Document Courses.

Surveys

Surveys allow you to get feedback about your Courses from your Trainers and Delegates.

 


Users and Accounts

Account Groups

Account Groups are used to categorise your Accounts. These are utilised to control access to Accounts and User data in your platform.

Job Roles

Job Roles are used to group Users by occupation, this can be used in reporting and for Award targets.

Manager Access

Managers can view the details of other Users in their Account, and book them onto Courses.

 

 


Workflows

Workflows

Workflows are used to automatically send emails or generate Tasks and Notes.

 


Finance

Account Finance Options

Account Finance Options allows you to define your Invoicing and Payment Gateway options.

Discounts

Discounts allows you to set up Discount codes which may be used by specific Users or Accounts in order to receive reduced prices for Courses.

Price Schemes

Price Schemes are used to provide a group of Users with an alternative cost for a Course.

 


Communications

Broadcasts

Broadcasts are custom messages that are displayed on your administrator's Dashboard or on your Learner Portal.

Email Templates

Email Templates can be used to send emails via Workflows or ad-hoc from DataGrids.

Text Templates

Text Templates are used to build the Subject, Body and Signature for Email Templates and Workflows.

 


Checkout

Checkout Options

Checkout Options allows you to manage the settings for your Checkout basket.

Shopping Basket Options

Shopping Basket Options allows you to manage the settings for your Shopping Basket.

 


Integrations and Security

Exchange Integration

Exchange Calendar Integration allows you to synchronise your trainer's accessplanit calendars with their Exchange calendars.

Moodle Integration

Moodle integration allows you to synchronise the Users, Courses, and Delegates created in your platform to your Moodle platform.

Security Options

Security Options allows you to configure the security options available within your platform, such as passwords and MFA.

Password Policy

The Password Policy allows you to configure the policy for the passwords on your platform for user accounts.

SSO Settings

Single Sign On (SSO) connects your platform to your SAML or Azure network, to allow your Users to log-in using their existing log-in details instead of accessplanit credentials.

Webhooks

Set up and manage webhooks to keep your integrated systems up to date with changes in your accessplanit platform.

 


Settings and Configuration

Additional Requirements

Additional Requirements are used to categorise Delegate needs for Courses, such as dietary needs and accessibility requirements.

Categories

This section is used to create and maintain Categories. The main use of Categories is to group different Courses together. This can be used so that any website integration can filter all Courses in a specific Category together. 

Custom Fields

Custom Fields are used to store specific information that isn't a standard field on the platform.

Custom List Items

Custom List Items are used for adding additional options to specific drop-down menus within the platform.

Dashboards

Dashboards are configurable home pages for when your Users log into the platform.

Document Templates

Document Templates allow you to merge fields to create documents such as certificates and sign in sheets.

eCampaign Types

eCampaign Types allow you to categorise your eCampaigns.

Industries

Industries are used to group Accounts, Job Roles and Course Templates by business type, this information is useful for reporting.

Resource Types

The Resource Types area allows you to define the different types of Resources you use within your platform.

Skills Profiles

Skills Profiles are used to group Awards which may be used to measure a User's compliance for a specific job or qualification.


Imports

Imports Overview

Imports are used to upload information regarding courses, users, resources, awards, opportunities and accounts stored in excel spreadsheets onto your platform.

Import Profiles

Import Profiles are templates for your Imports, they are needed for uploading data to the platform.

Import Jobs

Import Jobs are data uploads. An Import Job is created by selecting an Import Profile and uploading your Import file.

 


Logs

Email Logs

Email Logs allow you to view detailed information about emails sent from your platform.

SMS Logs

SMS Logs allow you to view the SMS sent from your platform.
