Industries are used to categorise your Accounts, Course Templates, or Job Roles into specific Industries. Generally, this is done for reporting or organisational purposes.

Click on the User Icon at the top right hand side of accessplanit and select Administration:
Within this page, click the menu option Industries:
When it comes to setting up an Industry, there are a few fields that you'll need to fill in first. Here's a breakdown of what they all mean:
LabelThe Label is the name of the Industry. We recommend calling it something easily-identifiable so that you can find it later.
Example Industries are:
ProtectedThis determines whether you can delete this Industry. This is defaulted to No, meaning that your Industry may be deleted.
AccountsThis tab allows you to manage the Accounts that are assigned to this Industry.
Course TemplatesHere, you can manage which Course Templates are assigned to this Industry.
Job RolesIn the Job Roles tab, you can manage the Job Roles that are assigned to this Industry.
