When a customer calls to discuss an Invoice, you want to be able to record key details from the conversation so that all relevant team members have access to the information. This ensures transparency, keeps everyone informed, and helps maintain a clear record of any questions, concerns, or agreements made during the call. Having this information readily available improves communication, streamlines follow-ups, and enhances your overall customer service.

How to find an Invoice and Log a call against it
Follow these steps to log a customer call against their Invoice
Locate and log a call for an Invoice
This step will guide you through locating and logging your call against an Invoice
From the Main Navigation Menu, select ‘Finances’ and then select ‘Invoices’
This will open the Invoices DataGrid
Use the available DataGrid filters and/or the search to find the Invoice the PO Number needs updating on
Right-click on the Invoice and select the 'Communications - add' option from the context menu
This will open the ‘Communication’ pop up window
Completed the relevant information for the call
Press the 'Save & Close' button to save your changes
To view your communication, right-click on the Invoice and select ‘Communications’ from the context menu
This will open the Communications DataGrid for that Invoice and all relevant Communications will be shown
