Before your Courses commence, it’s crucial for you to have a clear view of which Delegates have yet to be Invoiced for their Bookings. This allows you to take steps to generate and send Invoices, ensuring all financial details are in order ahead of time. Staying on top of this process helps you maintain seamless and up-to-date records, while also preventing any last-minute issues or delays for your Customers.

Create your Filter & view Delegates
Viewing a Delegate allows you to ensure the Delegate records are up to date and can be amended if required
Search & view your Delegates
These steps will help you search and view your Delegate
From the Main Navigation Menu, select ‘Smart Grids' and then ‘Class Delegates’, ‘Web Delegates’, 'eLearning Delegates' or 'Knowledge Document Delegates' depending on which Course type you wish to view
This will open the corresponding DataGrid
Within the DataGrid, click the 'Filters' dropdown and select the 'Create New' option
Using the drop-down options, create a filter for 'Invoice Status - Is Empty'
Add a name to your new filter and press the ‘Save’ button
This will now show all Delegates that have not been Invoiced
