Steps to view all temporary, uncommitted Invoices

Learn how to view all Invoices that have not yet been committed
Invoices that are generated via the main Invoice Generator or the mini Invoice Generators initially have a status of temporary, this means that they have not yet been committed and issued to your customer.
While they have the temporary status, you can check each Invoice to make sure it is correct, before committing them.
Follow this page to learn the steps for filtering your Invoices DataGrid to view temporary Invoices only.
View and filter your Invoices DataGrid
The only step you need to follow is to apply filters to your Invoices DataGrid
Open the ‘Invoices’ DataGrid from your main navigation menu on the left
Unapply any filters that are already applied to your DataGrid by either clicking on them, or by clicking on the ‘Unapply’ button on the right-hand side
Select the ‘Filters’ button and then the ‘Create New’ option from the drop-down menu
Create a filter with the condition ‘Status’ - ‘Is In’ - ‘Temporary’
Click ‘Preview’ to check that your Filter has worked as you expect, then if you would like to keep this filter for future use, provide the filter with a name and click 'Save'
