Locate and update the PO Number on an Invoice
These steps will guide you through locating and Editing the PO Number on an Invoice
From the Main Navigation Menu, select ‘Finances’ and then select ‘Invoices’
This will open the Invoices DataGrid
Use the available DataGrid filters and/or the search to find the Invoice the PO Number needs updating on
Once you have located your Invoice, right-click and select the 'Edit PO Number' option from the Context Menu
Enter/update the PO Number
Press the 'Save & Close' button to save your changes
To view your changes, add the ‘PO Number’ column to your Invoice DataGrid
