Update the PO Number

Follow these steps to Update the PO Number on an Invoice

Locate and update the PO Number on an Invoice

These steps will guide you through locating and Editing the PO Number on an Invoice

From the Main Navigation Menu, select ‘Finances’ and then select ‘Invoices’
This will open the Invoices DataGrid
Use the available DataGrid filters and/or the search to find the Invoice the PO Number needs updating on
Once you have located your Invoice, right-click and select the 'Edit PO Number' option from the Context Menu
Enter/update the PO Number
Press the 'Save & Close' button to save your changes
To view your changes, add the ‘PO Number’ column to your Invoice DataGrid

Can I bulk Edit PO Numbers for multiple Invoices?

Yes! PO Numbers can be bulk edited within the Invoice DataGrid, to do this select the Invoices and then click the ‘Bulk Edit’ option and update the PO Number there.
