Sales Administrators are a type of administrator which has a different level of access to Training Administrators, the platform access for Sales Administrators is focused on managing customers (Accounts & Users) and Opportunities, they only have access to relevant pages for their role to make their experience and navigation of your accessplanit platform easier! This controlled access also ensures that no changes are made by Sales Administrators to areas of the platform that they do not need to access, for security and privacy.

Please note that the Sales Administrator role is not available for every accessplanit platform, if you would like to know any more about this role and whether it is available to you, please get in touch with your CSM at accessplanit.

Can I add additional roles/access to my Sales Administrators?

It is not possible to add or remove access to the Sales Administrator access, this applies to both the standard role set, and individual administrators that have been given this role. If there is an alternative role variation that you would like to see, please submit this as a product suggestion.

I do not have the Sales Administrator option available in my platform, can we have this turned on?

Please get in touch with your CSM to find out if this is an available option for your platform.

Can my Sales Administrators impersonate Training administrators?

No, it is not possible for Sales Administrators to impersonate users with a higher lever permission set.
