Training Administrator Role

This page outlines the pages and features that Training Administrator Users are able to view and use.

Training Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day management of training, from scheduling Courses to managing customer information, from chasing unpaid Invoices through to processing Delegate cancellations and transfers!

Training Administrator is the most-common administrator access, this is because admins with this role have access to all features for routine management of training without the more complex system administration pages.

Please note that there were some adjustments made to the Training Administrator role in December 2023, the following pages were removed from the Training Admin access and are now only available to Super Administrators:

  3. Shopping Basket Options

FAQs

Is there a different in licence costs for Training Administrators vs Super Administrators

Both of these levels of access have the same licencing costs.

Can I add or remove specific roles/access from individual Training Administrators?

It is not possible to remove access to specific pages for specific administrator, if an Admin has Training Administrator access their account cannot be set to prevent them from accessing ‘Resources’ (for example). Training Administrators can have additional roles assigned to them to access pages that are typically for Super Administrators only (such as Import Jobs), this is managed on a case-by-case basis, it is not possible however for this to be made available as an additional role set. If there is an alternative role variation that you would like to see available as a role set, please submit this as a product suggestion.
