This page outlines the pages and features that Training Administrator Users are able to view and use.

Training Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day management of training, from scheduling Courses to managing customer information, from chasing unpaid Invoices through to processing Delegate cancellations and transfers!

Training Administrator is the most-common administrator access, this is because admins with this role have access to all features for routine management of training without the more complex system administration pages.

Please note!

Some adjustments were made to the Training Administrator role in December 2023, the following pages were removed from the Training Admin access and are now only available to Super Administrators:

Password Policy / Security Options
Shopping Basket Options

These changes are reflected in the table of roles below.

Please Note!

To strengthen the security of your platform, Training Administrators are no longer able to impersonate Super Administrators; this ensures the restricted areas of your platform remain protected!
All Administrators are still able to impersonate your customer Users to be able to support them
