User Courses Overview

What are Users Courses? 

Users Courses are any Courses that a User on the platform is booked onto. Carrying out a User Search will return a list of Users based on your search criteria.

From there, it is then possible to right click on a User and select Courses from the menu to see what Courses the selected User is booked onto. 

This page will show all statuses that relate to the selected User such as:

• Booked
• Completed
• Cancelled
• Transferred

DataGrid columns can be added or removed to give further information on the course details. The courses themselves can be accessed or edited by right clicking on them.
