How to change the language of your view

  1. Click on the Person icon at the top right of the platform. If you have the translation module enabled on your platform you will see 'English' selected as your current language.

  2. Click on English to view the other languages available.



  3. Click on the language that you would like to see the platform in and click OK.

    Please speak to your Customer Success Manager if you are not seeing the language options that you expect.

How to use the Dynamic Edit Mode

  1. Click on the Person icon at the top right of the platform.

  2. Click on the current language to access the Language Selector window.



  3. Click on the language that you would like to see the platform in, and tick the Dynamic Edit Mode Enabled tick box.

  4. Click OK.



    Please note that the Dynamic Edit is not available for English.

  5. Once you have completed this you will be able to make adjustments to the translations throughout the platform. 


  6. To enter the edit mode, simply tab the Ctrl button on your keyboard,
    Every word/phrase that you can edit will be captured in a red outline.


  7. Right-click on text with a red outline to open the Editor and update the text


  8. To view suggestions for the translated text from Google, Bing and Amazon, click on the 'Get Suggestions...' link. Then tap on the suggestion that you would like to apply and it will auto-full as the translation text for you



  9. Change the wording and hit tab on your keyboard to commit your change.

FAQs

Can my customers change the language of the platform too or is this only available to Administrators?

Learners can change the language of the Portal by accessing the Preferences menu option.

What about the registration form and the Shopping Basket? Do our customers need to be registered and logged in to change the language?

The Shopping Basket has its own translation option at the top right in a drop down box, so your customers can choose to see the Shopping Basket process in a different language before they even register with you.
