This section allows you to define your invoice settings, available payment methods, and payment gateway settings.
This section gives you control over the company group structure in your platform. You can create, delete, rename, and restructure the nesting of your groups.
Within the Additional Requirements, you can create the possible additional needs of users attending your course, including dietary requirements and disabilities.
The Awards section lets you create, edit, and update Awards. Within this section you can add new Awards, select Award categories, set up Award exclusivity and allocate specific Awards to Job Roles.
A Broadcast is a way of updating your user-base with information updates, without having to rely on email. Broadcasts are viewed either via a Dashboard Gadget, or via the Learner Portal.
This section is used to create and maintain Categories. The main use of Categories is to group different Courses together. This can be used so that any website integration can filter all Courses in a specific Category together.
This section is for scheduling Class or Web courses that re-occur on specific days. Courses can be set to occur Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Annually.
Custom List Items are used to replace standard text on the platform with text of your choice.
This section is for creating Dashboards that can be applied to multiple users at once.
Delegate Status Reasons are configured in this section. Delegate Status Reasons are completely free text, and each status can be mapped against a specific candidate status.
Discounts allow you to add Discount Codes to the platform to provide to customers or to be applied automatically.
Document Templates is where all Certificates, Manuals, and any other documentation that a course uses is stored.
The eCampaign Types area is used to manage and keep track of the different types of eCampaigns available on your platform.

Email Templates are free text templates which can be used as the contents for Workflow emails and eCampaigns.
Imports are used to upload information regarding courses, users, resources, awards, opportunities and accounts stored in excel spreadsheets onto your platform.
Industries are used to group Accounts together for reporting and website integration purposes.

Text Templates are an alternative way of storing free text elements that are to be distributed by Workflow emails. They can be used to store email bodies, as well as subjects and signatures.
Workflows are used to automate communications to users of the platform. Within the Workflow Templates area, you can manage your existing Workflows and edit their settings and actions.
