Account Finance OptionsThis section allows you to define your invoice settings, available payment methods, and payment gateway settings. | Account GroupsThis section gives you control over the company group structure in your platform. You can create, delete, rename, and restructure the nesting of your groups. |
Additional RequirementsWithin the Additional Requirements, you can create the possible additional needs of users attending your course, including dietary requirements and disabilities. | AwardsThe Awards section lets you create, edit, and update Awards. Within this section you can add new Awards, select Award categories, set up Award exclusivity and allocate specific Awards to Job Roles. |
BroadcastsA Broadcast is a way of updating your user-base with information updates, without having to rely on email. Broadcasts are viewed either via a Dashboard Gadget, or via the Learner Portal. | CategoriesThis section is used to create and maintain Categories. The main use of Categories is to group different Courses together. This can be used so that any website integration can filter all Courses in a specific Category together. |
Creating Recurring Courses OverviewThis section is for scheduling Class or Web courses that re-occur on specific days. Courses can be set to occur Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Annually. | Custom List ItemsCustom List Items are used to replace standard text on the platform with text of your choice. |
DashboardsThis section is for creating Dashboards that can be applied to multiple users at once. | Delegate Status ReasonsDelegate Status Reasons are configured in this section. Delegate Status Reasons are completely free text, and each status can be mapped against a specific candidate status. |
DiscountsDiscounts allow you to add Discount Codes to the platform to provide to customers or to be applied automatically. | Document TemplatesDocument Templates is where all Certificates, Manuals, and any other documentation that a course uses is stored. |

Email LogsEmail Logs is a simple Datagrid that tracks every email sent from the accessplanit platform. You can also resend emails from here. | Email TemplatesEmail Templates are free text templates which can be used as the contents for Workflow emails and eCampaigns. |
Imports OverviewImports are used to upload information regarding courses, users, resources, awards, opportunities and accounts stored in excel spreadsheets onto your platform. | IndustriesIndustries are used to group Accounts together for reporting and website integration purposes. |

Skills ProfilesSkills Profiles are used to group awards which may be used which may be used to measure a user's compliance for a specific job or qualification. Here, you can create or edit Skills Profiles within your platform. | SurveysIn the Surveys area, you can create and manage surveys that are to be distributed to trainers and delegates who attend your courses. |
Text TemplatesText Templates are an alternative way of storing free text elements that are to be distributed by Workflow emails. They can be used to store email bodies, as well as subjects and signatures. | Workflow TemplatesWorkflows are used to automate communications to users of the platform. Within the Workflow Templates area, you can manage your existing Workflows and edit their settings and actions. |
