New fields in the UserCourseDate models

We have now added Viability & Booking Cost fields into the UserCourseDate models 

This includes the profitability fields Forecast Value and Forecast Tax (viabilityitems table) within the UserCourseDate model, and we have made these available within the Delegate DataGrids
