The 29th October release includes three major changes and improvements to your accessplanit system, along with some several smaller changes:

DataGrid Filter Updates
Workflow Email Action Update
eCampaign Subscription Management

DataGrid Filter Updates

Your DataGrid Filters have had a complete renovation! The changes to filters include:

A 'favourites bar' for quick access to your favourite filters
Single click to apply / unapply a filter
Double click to edit a filter from the favourites bar
Create ad-hoc filters and preview these as you currently can
Selected filters are remembered when you come back to the DataGrid

Workflow Email Action Update - Send on Action Date Only

You now have access to a new setting within your workflow email actions which prevents emails sending after the action date.

For example say you have a course reminder set up for your delegates which sends 7 days before the course. With this option unticked every delegate will receive the reminder, those booked up to 7 days before the course will receive it on the Action Date 7 days before, those booked after that will receive the email when they are booked onto their course, but by ticking this new option you will stop any delegates that are booked onto the course after the 7 day point from receiving this reminder email.

eCampaign Subscription Management

You can now access a complete list of email address that have opted in and out to each of your eCampaign Types

You can also manage each email addresses subscription preference for the eCampaign Types and see when email addresses were opted in or out via the Audit Logs

Define Format of your Outlook Plugin Emails

Within our Outlook Plugin you can now choose whether you would like to send just plain text as it does now, plain text with line breaks, or the full HTML content of the email

Cleaner Tool in the Rich Text Editor

Our rich text editor now has a cleaner tool which will remove the hidden characters Microsoft Word adds into text that can ruin the appearance of your text when it is displayed online

Phone Number added to the Mini User Creation Form

We have added phone number into the mini user creation form, this form is most commonly used when creating new users in an Opportunity

Export File Name

From the Export option on your DataGrids you can now define the name of your export file within the form
