šļø Add a Note to a Course Template
This step will take you through adding a Note to a Course Template
Ā Add Note to Course Template
From the Main Navigation Menu go to Course Templates
Find the Course that you would like to add a Note to by applying filters and/or searching the Course Template DataGrid
Once you have found your Course Template, right-click on it to view the context menu options for this Course Template, select the āNotesā option
This will open the āNotesā DataGrid
Click the āAdd Noteā button

This will open the āAdd Noteā pop up box
In the āDetailsā section, double check that the Course Template showing is the course you wish to map the Note to
If this is incorrect, use the āSelectā button to select the correct Course Template from the options available
Under the āNotesā section, you will see there is a drop down for Note Type, here you can choose what the note relates to such as Booking Adjustment, Payment, Quick Note etc,

Add your note into the āNoteā section

Once the form has been filled in, click the āSave & Closeā button

Your note has now been added to your Course Template
Please Note You can add your own Note Type options in custom list items which can be found under Profile > Administration > Custom List Items
