In a case of department or company-wide training, please leave a voicemail message and the Support team will respond as soon as possible.

If you are calling regarding an open Support ticket, please quote your reference number when an advisor answers your call, or within your voicemail message.

 Technology to access my accessplanit platform

You will need the following to access your accessplanit platform:

• An internet connection

• A modern browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple’s Safari, Microsoft Edge. Please note that accessplanit does not support Internet Explorer.
