Help text
Help text is now available across the key forms in your platform, providing useful context for many options to support new and occasional users!
We've rolled out more help text across the platform to give extra context on how various options work.
This is especially useful for new admins as they get familiar with the system, and offers a helpful reminder for existing team members who may not perform certain tasks regularly!
Help text is hidden away by default:
Click on the purple ? icon to view the text.
Click anywhere on the page to close the help text.

Module Descriptions
Modules descriptions are now available at the top of the most popular platform DataGrids to provide information and direct links for support
Many of the DataGrids in your platform are now supported with module descriptions! These descriptions provide an overview of this platform area, with a helpful direct link to our knowledge base page for more information.
This addition will be a great help for new team members and when you’re navigating a page or module for the first time. It’s here to boost your understanding and help you get value from the platform faster!
Simply hover over the blue ‘i' icon besides the name of the DataGrid to view the overview, and click the 'Read More’ button to be taken directly to our Knowledge Base page for more information.
If you do not wish to see the module description, you can click the ‘Do not show again’ to hide it away.
New Admin support
Live platforms
Within your live platform, new administrators will have access to a new ‘Knowledge Centre,’ this includes
Essential interactive guides
Resources specifically about working with the accessplanit team
Links to on-demand webinars that have been created for new admins
Sandbox platforms
If you have a sandbox platform too, your new administrators will also benefit from a full suite of additional interactive guides accessible only in your Sandbox!
Welcome Emails for new admins
With this update, new team members will receive automated emails that link them to helpful resources, designed to get them up to speed with your platform quickly and confidently!
Welcome Email
The first email is sent to the new administrators 1 day after they have been created, containing:
Direction to access accessplanit's Knowledge Base
Information on how to get in touch with our Support Team
How to access our in-app Onboarding Materials
Events Email
The second email is sent to new administrators 6 weeks after they have been created, containing:
Where to find our 'On Demand' webinars
How to book onto our free Workshop Webinars
How to sign-up to our Events Newsletter
Both of these emails are managed and sent using your standard platform Workflows! This means that Super Administrators will be able to adjust the content, the rules, and the timing of these emails to suit your processes! They can even be turned off altogether if you do not wish to use them.
