This page outlines the pages and features that Super Administrator Users are able to view and use.

Super Administrators are Users with the highest level of access in your accessplanit platform.

Super Administrators are responsible for configuring and managing your platform’s settings and how your business processes are embedded into your accessplanit platform, so that Users with the ‘Training Administrator’ role can be focused on day-to-day Course and Training management. This means that features that can affect the stability of your platform (such as defining and running imports), features that can affect the security of your platform (such as amending password requirements), and features that affect your business processes (such as updating your terms and conditions, and your high-level finance settings), are available to your Super Administrators only.

To strengthen the security of your platform, Super Administrators are no longer able to impersonate Super Administrators.
All Administrators are still able to impersonate your customer Users to be able to support them
