You can use the File Store section in a User's record to store documents and files that are User-specific.

These files can be accessed by the User by going to their Learners Portal and clicking on the My Resources tile.

In this section of the portal, they will also find any files that have stored against their delegate records. For example, if a trainer of a course that this user is booked onto would like their trainees to view pre-course material, they would use the file store for each of the delegates to upload this material.
