Learn how to mark an individual Delegate as ‘Completed’ when they have finished their Course |
Once a Delegate has completed all of the requirements for their Course, whether this is simply attending a day in a classroom, or whether this is a series of coursework, classroom sessions, and exams, if they have passed the Course you can very quickly mark their Delegate as ‘Completed’ to trigger your automated post-Course communications to them (such as course evaluations, and certificates).
Please note if you would like to learn how to mark the full attendance for all Delegates on a Course, our guide on Completing a Course is more relevant.
