How to use the Shopping Basket DataGrid
Shopping basket records will tell you how far along someone is in the booking process. There are two columns to get this information from, ‘stage’ and ‘status’.
Status
The status ‘active’ means the basket is currently live, and the booking is being made.
The status ‘completed’ means that the delegate has made and completed this booking.
The status 'in active' means that the booker did not complete their booking, and the basket is no longer active.
Stage
The stage tells you what at point in the basket process the booker is in, for example, ‘edit delegates’ is the stage at which the delegate is adding themselves or another delegate onto the course.
How to view a Shopping Basket record
To view more details about a delegate’s shopping basket, right click on the relevant record and click View. A window will appear providing you with more information.
You can view extra information here, such as the course date being booked onto.

What is the difference between an online and an offline booking?
An Online booking has been made via the shopping basket, this could have been via the end user (customer) or by the admin team internally. An offline booking is when delegates are added directly to a course date via the admin team.
