As a training admin it is always important to be on top of your upcoming Courses, whether this is to answer your customers' questions about Course availability, know which Courses may need to be cancelled or deferred, or keep on top of tasks and activity for these Courses, being able to quickly access a list of future, available Courses can make your administrative tasks much easier!

To view all Delegates for Classroom Courses next week, you will follow these steps:
Access and filter your Class Delegates DataGrid
Display the information you require in your DataGrid
Access and filter your Class Courses DataGrid
This step will take you to a list of all future Classroom Courses that have places available for bookings.

This process will show you how to build a new Dashboard Area on your Dashboard for you to view and report on all available, future Courses This Dashboard Area will then be available to you from your homepage each time you login so that you always have quick access this information! |
To build your new Dashboard Area, you will follow these steps:
Add a new Dashboard Area
Add a Statistics Gadget to show you the number of future, available Courses
Add a DataGrid Gadget to show you a list of the future Courses with a status of ‘available’ that have places remaining
Add a Summary Gadget to show you the number of available Courses per month
