Please note

Any changes you make to your platform DataGrids will be made to your view only, so you do not need to worry that your changes will undo another admin's DataGrid choices!

This step will walk you through how to additional information into one of your platform DataGrids.

titleAdd a new column to your DataGrid
  1. Open the DataGrid that you would like to add a new column to

    Delegates DataGrid

  2. Click on the ‘Change Columns’ button available at the top-right of the DataGrid results

  3. This will display a pop-over where you can manage your DataGrid columns

  4. Choose where you would like to add your new column (the columns are listed in the order that they are displayed in your DataGrid), and click the '+' icon on the column that will be displayed above it

  5. Click the new column drop-down box that has appeared, search for and select the column that you would like to display in your DataGrid

  6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for any more columns that you would like to add

  7. Click the ‘Apply’ button to apply your changes and return to your DataGrid

  8. This will be remembered the next time you open your DataGrid


(error) Remove a column from your DataGrid

  1. Open the DataGrid that you would like to add a new column to

  2. Find the column that you would like to remove

  3. Right-click the column heading and click on the ‘Remove Column’ option

  4. This column will have now been removed from your DataGrid, this will be remembered the next time you open your DataGrid

This step will walk you through how to change the position of your DataGrid columns, so that you can place related columns of data together!

titleReorder your DataGrid columns
  1. Open the DataGrid that you would like reorder your columns in

    Delegates DataGrid

  2. Click on the ‘Change Columns’ button available at the top-right of the DataGrid results

  3. This will display a pop-over where you can manage your DataGrid columns
    The columns will be listed in the order that they are displayed in your DataGrid

  4. Find a column that you would like to reposition in your DataGrid and click on the arrow icon on the right

  5. Click and drag the column up or down to the position that you would like it to be displayed

  6. Click the ‘Apply’ button to apply your changes and return to your DataGrid

  7. This setting will be remembered, the next time you open your DataGrid



↕️ Sort your DataGrid by a DataGrid column (ascending or descending)

This step will walk you through how to sort your DataGrid by one of your columns, for example to show the most recently updated items first in your DataGrid.

  1. Open the DataGrid that you would like reorder

  2. Click on the ‘Change Columns’ button available at the top-right of the DataGrid results

  3. This will display a pop-over where you can manage your DataGrid columns
    The columns will be listed in the order that they are displayed in your DataGrid

  4. Find the column that you would like to sort your DataGrid by
    If this column is not yet included in your DataGrid, click the '+' icon on another column to add it in

  5. Click into the ‘Sort’ drop-down box to the right of the column and choose how you would like to sort your DataGrid using this column
    Example - if you would like to show the earliest start dates at the top of your DataGrid select the sort option ‘ascending’, if you would like to view the latest start dates at the top of your DataGrid select the sort option ‘descending’

  6. Click the ‘Apply’ button to apply your changes and return to your DataGrid
