How to search for an SMS communciation
- Select SMS Logs from the Administration area.
- Enter in the fields to narrow down your search by Body, To Address, or Date. Click the green arrow to search for the SMS.
How to resend an SMS communication
- Select SMS Logs from the Administration area.
- Navigate to the SMS you wish to resend and click Resend.
