How to search for an SMS communciation

  1. Select SMS Logs from the Administration area.

  2.    Enter in the fields to narrow down your search by Body, To Address, or Date. Click the green arrow to search for the SMS.

How to resend an SMS communication

  1. Select SMS Logs from the Administration area.   

  2. Navigate to the SMS you wish to resend and click Resend.
