Add a File for Delegates and/or Trainers to a Course Template

Steps to add a file for Delegates and Trainers:

Learn how to upload a file to a Course Template, for the Trainers and/or Delegates to access on any of the scheduled Courses using this Template

Both your Trainers and your course Delegates have their own view in your accessplanit platform to check the details of their assigned Courses. If you have any important documents or supporting files that you would like them to be able to access (pre or post Course), you can upload these files to your Course Template, and they'll be ready to view by the Trainers/Delegates that are assigned to Courses that are based on this Course Template when they log in.

Having your files available on to your Trainers and Delegates on login means that you no longer need to provide them over back-and-forth emails, and risk them being lost in a bottomless inbox!

Adding a File mapped to a Course Template

Please note, this guide will direct you to add a file to a Course Template, which means that it will be automatically assigned to each scheduled Course that uses this Course Template. If your file should only be available on one or some specific Courses, you can assign the file directly to the Course rather than the Course Template. We have a dedicated guide that will take you through how to complete this.

Follow this page to learn the steps for uploading a file to a Course Template and making it available to your Trainers and/or your Delegates.
