The Products and Services area allows you to create items for sale that are not course dates, but are items such as hotel bookings, text books, first aid kits, booking fees and anything else that you wish to sell that isn't a date

Where to find Products and Services

Products and Services can be found on the left hand menu of your accessplanit system.

In this area, you can:

  • Create and manage Products & Services

  • Access my system’s products and services in a DataGrid, via a Main Menu option

  • Create new products and services

  • Provide labels

  • Select Type (customise these types with Custom List Items)

  • Cost & financial info (not included in Zynk feeds currently)

  • Current stock level (will update automatically following purchases)

  • Requires a user when it is purchased (i.e. Accredited Certificates needs assigned user, textbook purchase does not)

  • Edit the details of my system’s existing products and services

  • Delete products and services that are not tied to an existing booking/purchase

  • Associate Products & Services with Courses

  • Associate my Products & Services to my Course Template

  • Provide overriding information, such as cost and an alias (these associations will be carried down to Course Dates)

  • Decide if the P&S is mandatory for this course (such as booking fees)

  • Amend (add to, edit and delete) the associated products and services on my Course Dates, including any overridden information

  • View which courses each Product & Service is associated with by going to the Mappings tab
  • Purchase

Products & Services
  • Add Products into my basket to be purchased directly from the Products & Services DataGrid

  • View the purchases related to each Product and Service via the Purchases tab

  • Follow a direct booking link for a product, to add it into my shopping basket outside of a booking

  • View the related products and services for the courses I am booking, within my shopping basket

  • Add related products and services for the courses I am booking to my basket, from within my basket

  • Purchase products and services alongside the courses I am booking

  • Be invoiced for products and services, with and without courses

  • Receive a single booking confirmation email, containing the booking summary of my courses and products purchased together

  • Receive an email per product purchase, with more details

  • Product & Service Administration

  • Adjust the available stock level for my Products & Services
  • View an audit log of key changes made to my products and services
  • View the product purchases related to each delegate/placeholder
  • Generate invoices for product purchases directly from the purchase record or via the invoice generator
  • Cancel product purchases and generate credit notes to balance off the value
  • Manage the status of the Purchase (standard = New, Cancelled, In Progress)
  • Create your own purchase statuses in custom list items
