How to add an eCampaign Type

  1. Select eCampaign Types from the Administration menu. You will be taken to the eCampaign Typed Datagrid. To learn more about DataGrids, click here.


  2. Click the Add button at the top of the DataGrid. This will open up the eCampaign Type dialog box.





  3. Enter the Label and choose the Training Provider for the eCampaign Type. If the eCampaign Type is a Marketing eCampaign, tick the Is Marketing box.


  4. Click Save & Close to save your eCampaign type.

How to delete an eCampaign Type

  1. Select eCampaign Types from the Administration menu.


  2. Right click the eCampaign Type you want to delete, and select Delete from the context menu.


How to edit an existing eCampaign Type

  1. Select eCampaign Types from the Administration menu.


  2. Right click the eCampaign Type you want to edit, and select Edit from the context menu.


How to manage subscriptions to an eCampaign Type

  1. Select eCampaign Types from the Administration menu.


  2. Right click the eCampaign Type Subscriptions from the context menu. This will open the Subscriptions dialog box.


  3. You can alter an email's subscription status by right clicking the email address and choosing Subscribe or Unsubscribe, whichever is appropriate.
