Important Information about Platform Events

The Events Log is controlled by a DataGrid, to find out more information about DataGrids please click here.

Please Note

You should not click 'Show All' or attempt to “Search” on the Event Log DataGrid without first applying filters to greatly reduce the number of results, as this DataGrid can contain millions of update logs, which could slow down your log-in session and potentially other Users on your platform too.

Instead, we recommend that you always use Filters when navigating the Event Log DataGrid as outlined below

Where to find Platform Events

  1. Open the relevant DataGrid

Please note

The platform events DataGrid is a very comprehensive audit of the actions that have been completed within your platform, this means that there are a lot of records available within this page.

To find a specific update, we recommend accessing the ‘Audit Logs’ for the item instead of searching through the entire Platform Events DataGrid.

  1. Once you have navigated to the Platform Events DataGrid using the steps above you should first apply filters to narrow down the results of your DataGrid

  2. Once you have limited the results of your DataGrid, you can use the Search bar to filter through the events to find specifically what you are looking for
