About User Award SmartGrid
The User Awards SmartGrid in accessplanit act as a centralised DataGrid, bringing together a complete record of every User who has received an Award, grouped by type. Each SmartGrid displays details relevant to the Award type—whether it’s for Classroom achievements, Webinar learning completions, eLearning milestones, or document-based certifications.
Unlike standard Award-based DataGrids, these SmartGrids span across multiple Awards, giving you a powerful reporting hub. This makes it easy to review a User’s award history, track compliance, and quickly spot any gaps in recognition or certification.

Where to find the User Award SmartGrid
From the Main Navigation Menu on the left hand side, select ‘SmartGrids’
Select ‘User Awards’
This will open the User Award SmartGrid
FAQ’s
What is the difference between the SmartGrid and a DataGrid within a Course for example
Other than look at a list of Awards within the SmartGrid, can I do anything else within this DataGrid?
You can do so much from the SmartGrids!
Right clicking the Award within the SmartGrid will open a context menu that allows you to Edit, View the Audit Logs, Add notes, Files and Tasks, delete the Award and Email the Delegate about their Award
There are also bulk actions, such as Email and Add Notes which you can complete for multiple Delegates at once - across multiple Courses/Awards!
