About Delegate SmartGrids
The Class, Web, eLearning, and Knowledge Document SmartGrids act as centralised DataGrids within accessplanit, bringing together a complete list of every Delegate who has been registered onto Courses per type. Each SmartGrid contains information relevant to the type, whether that’s traditional in-person classes, live online sessions, self-paced eLearning modules, or document-based knowledge.
The SmartGrids differ to the standard Delegate DataGrids that you can access via a Course, as they list Delegates across multiple Courses! This means that they are a very useful reporting hub, making it simple to track each Delegate’s learning history, monitor compliance requirements, and quickly identify gaps in training.

Where to find Delegate SmartGrids
From the Main Navigation Menu on the left hand side, select ‘SmartGrids’
Select the corresponding DataGrid you wish to view
For example, Class Delegates, Web Delegates, eLearning Delegates or Knowledge Document DelegatesThis will open the selected SmartGrid

What is the difference between the SmartGrid and a DataGrid within a Course for example
Other than looking at a list of Delegates within the SmartGrid, can I do anything else within this DataGrid?
You can do so much from the SmartGrids!
Right clicking the Delegate within the SmartGrid will open a context menu that allows you to Edit, preview, Add notes, Files and Tasks, Cancel the Delegate, Generate Documents for the Delegate and so much more
There are also bulk actions, such as Email and Generate Documents which you can complete for multiple Delegates at once - across multiple Courses!
