24th February Features

Custom Field Builder - Invoice Based Fields

You can now create ‘Invoice’ based custom fields within your Custom Field Builder.

Custom fields exist to help you adapt your accessplanit system to suit your processes and capture all the information that you need. Invoice based custom fields could include

  • A checkbox for 'cheque received'
  • A date field for ‘payment chased'
  • A text field for ‘admin reference'

To create these just go to Administration at the top right of your system, and open the Custom Fields page.

Custom Field Builder - Drop Down List Fields

You can now create ‘Invoice’ based custom fields within your Custom Field Builder.

Drop down list custom fields could include

  • ‘Type’ on your Accounts
  • ‘Method’ on your Course Templates
  • ‘Approval Status’ on your Courses

To create these just go to Administration at the top right of your system, and open the Custom Fields page.



Course Template Images

You can now add images to each of your Course Templates by either selecting an image that you already have stored in your accessplanit File Store, or by uploading a new image directly against your template.

This course image is available in the XML version of our website integration options, if this is the method you use you will be able to get your website updated to pull this image in and display it alongside your available dates
