What is an Import Job?

The Import Jobs are the actual Data Imports, an Import Job is created by selecting an Import Profile and uploading your Import file.

You can monitor your Import Job as it happens, view and download any records from your file which error, restart, stop, and delete Import Jobs.

 

 

Best Practice

When importing records to accessplanit, we recommend limiting the maximum rows in your CSV import file to 10,000. If you need to import more records than this, you can either split your import into multiple files, you can contact the Support team to temporarily pause updates on your platform to allow the import to run more efficiently.
