At the start of the project, you and your implementation manager will organise and schedule training dates in advance
These sessions are vital to your success and it is recommended that all training administrators attend the sessions.
Each session will be recorded and uploaded to you OneDrive folder for you to download and watch again as you please.
Training of the platform typically takes place over 3 or 4, 1.5hr webinar training sessions, however, it may be possible to hold an onsite training day instead, whether that be at your office or here at our office in Lancaster. Please speak to you customer success manager if you would like to organise an onsite. Please be aware that travel costs may apply.
As the platform is rather comprehensive and different customers have different training requirements, these sessions focus on giving you the essential knowledge to start using the platform. We often run workshops and online webinars for all our customers to join throughout the year covering some of the more advanced areas of the system.
Training sessions are held with training administrators only, however, we do have a downloadable platform guide for managers and trainers which you can customise and send ahead of your platform launch, please find the links below.
To make get the most out of your training sessions, as they are interactive, please ensure that all training administrators have their laptops, a quite room to work in, a speakerphone to dial into the conference call and you are connected and logged into your platform before the training session begins.
