Centralise your Outlook emails into accessplanit
Bring your email conversations into your platform so every customer interaction, update, and decision is stored in one place - no copying, no lost context, no gaps!
We’ve released a brand-new Outlook Add-in to help you bring accessplanit directly into your email workflow.
The add-in allows users to view key contact information within Outlook, and link emails directly in your accessplanit platform. This helps reduce switching between your emails and accessplanit, and makes it much easier to keep communication histories connected and up to date!
What you can do with the Outlook Add-in:
View your customers contact’s Course, Booking, and Opportunity information alongside your emails
Link emails directly to items in your platform
Create new Users and Accounts in accessplanit, directly from the Add-in in Outlook
Read more about the integration here: Centralise your Outlook emails into accessplanit
Please note
accessplanit’s Outlook Email Add-In integration is an additional, chargeable module, charged per licence. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager to see if this is already included within your accessplanit package or to find out more information!
Limited Time Offer: Outlook Add-in Licence Discount
From 28th April to 28th July, we’re offering a heavily discounted rate of £120 per admin, per year for our Outlook Add-in module.
To take advantage of this offer, you must purchase the module on or before 28th July. After this date, all licences will revert to the standard pricing.
If you’re considering rolling out the integration to your team, now is the best time to secure the reduced rate.
Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for more information.
Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna are available with Stripe!
We’ve improved the checkout experience to support faster, more modern payment methods.
Customers using Stripe can now benefit from Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna, helping streamline the payment process and reduce friction at checkout.
This update forms part of our ongoing work to enhance conversion rates by making payments quicker and more seamless.
What’s new?
Google Pay is now available through Stripe
Apple Pay is now available through Stripe
Klarna is now available through Stripe
Stripe payment option in Checkout is now labelled ‘Pay Online (Powered by Stripe)’ to cater for the extra options
Stripe updates in Checkout
When Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Klarna are enabled in your Stripe account, they will now also be available in your accessplanit Checkout basket as a payment method!
How are the transactions tracked?
To keep it simple, payments made via these new payment methods are still recorded as ‘Stripe’ payments in your accessplanit platform, with the Stripe External Transaction ID captured as normal against the transaction too!
Good to know
To make use of these new payment options, make sure they are enabled within your Stripe account! No platform-side configuration is required, so once they are enabled in Stripe they will be available in your Checkout basket
All existing Stripe payment behaviour remains unchanged outside of the label and configuration simplification
If any of your customers can’t see their expected wallet when trying to make a payment, their device or browser might not meet the following Apple Pay or Google Pay conditions:

Instantly identify Session-level issues across your Courses
Quickly spot problem sessions at a glance with a single, intelligent indicator that highlights when any part of a sessional course has a resource-related issue.
We’ve introduced a new ‘Session Issue’ field to help you easily identify when something isn’t right within a Sessional Course!
This field automatically evaluates each Session and flags the parent (head) session is any issues are present.
'Session Issue' will be set to “Yes” when any Session within the course has:
Resource clashes
Unavailability clashes
Availability clashes
If no issues exist, it will show as “No”.
Key behaviour:
The head session is flagged with “Yes” if any of its sessions have issues
Individual sessions will always remain as “No” (this is a flag on parent/head Courses only)
Non-sessional courses will always show as “No”
You can use this new field across:
DataGrids (Class & Web)
Report Engine
Dashboards
Workflows Rules
API integrations
At this time, ‘Session Issue’ is not filterable, sortable, or searchable. Please let us know via our Product Portal if this would be useful to you!
When is this most useful?
Sessional Courses can make it difficult to spot issues when they’re buried within individual Sessions. This feature brings everything up to the surface by highlighting problems at the Course level, so you don’t have to dig through each session to find them! In short - it makes it much easier to keep on top of potential issues with Sessions through your Reports, Dashboards, and DataGrids.
View all Resource allocation issues instantly at Course level
Get a clear, at-a-glance view of resource problems with a single field that flags clashes, gaps, and availability issues across every course date.
What’s new and how it works
We’ve added a new ‘Resource Issue’ field to give you immediate visibility of all potential Resource allocation problems on your Courses.
This field checks multiple factors and flags when action is needed, it will show as “Yes” when any of the following apply:
Resource clashes
Unavailability clashes
Availability clashes
Unallocated resource requirements
If none of the above exist, it will show as “No”.
This field is available across:
DataGrids (Class & Web)
Report Engine
Dashboards
Workflows
API integrations
At this time, ‘Resource Issue’ is not filterable, sortable, or searchable. Please let us know via our Product Portal if this would be useful to you!
When is this most useful?
Resource issues on Courses are flagged across multiple fields, which means there is a lot to check! This can make them easy to miss when you’re managing busy schedules. By bringing all of these signals into one clear indicator, you can quickly see which Courses need attention without piecing information together. This helps reduce missed gaps or clashes, and supports better, faster decision-making with a much clearer view of what’s going on.
Prevent scheduling conflicts with Resource Unavailability clash warnings
Avoid accidental double-bookings with clear, real-time warnings when a new Resource Unavailability clashes with a scheduled Course.
You no longer need to rely on your DataGrid to spot new clashes! We’ve introduced clash warnings when adding or editing an Unavailability to a Resource! This means you can spot scheduling conflicts before they cause any disruption.
Changes for Admins
When a new unavailability is added to a Resource:
A warning message appears immediately if the Resource is already allocated elsewhere during that time.
When you save, your confirmation pop-up let’s you choose
Yes → Save the unavailability anyway!
No → Return to make changes
If saved, the clash will still be reflected in the Course’s clash status and count fields, so your reports and flags elsewhere will still be accurate
Changes for Trainers
For trainers, the experience is very similar!
Trainers also see a warning message if they attempt to add unavailability that overlaps with a Course they’re assigned to
You can then decide, per Trainer, if you’d like them to be able to override the clash and create the unavailability anyway - or block them from having this ability. This is controlled by the new ‘Add Unavailability That Clashes’ option in the Trainer’s Resource options.
If ‘Add Unavailability That Clashes’ is enabled → your Trainer can choose to continue after the warning
If ‘Add Unavailability That Clashes’ is disabled → your Trainer is prevented from saving and prompted to contact an admin
These updates apply to both class and web courses, and works for both timed and all-day events!
When is this most useful?
Staying on top of scheduling conflicts can be challenging, especially when multiple people are managing Resources. These clash warnings help you catch potential issues at soon as they are created, reducing the risk of double-bookings across Trainers and Resources.
