Filter count badge added to DataGrids
Quickly see how many filters you’ve applied with a new badge on the Filters button.
You’ll now see a badge on the ‘Filters’ tab button in your DataGrids whenever filters are applied!
The badge shows the number of filters currently applied to your DataGrid, giving you instant visibility, even when you’re working in other tabs like Bulk Edit or Export.
DataGrid Views for Super Admins
Super Admins will have early access to DataGrid Views! Save your favourite column selections and sorting to create personalised, easy to access views!
In this update Super Admins have the opportunity to get their hands on DataGrid Views before everyone else!
So what are DataGrid Views?
DataGrid Views let you save and switch between different column layouts in your DataGrids, so you don’t have to manually reconfigure your DataGrid every time your focus changes.
Whether you’re reporting on future Courses, reviewing in-house/exclusive Courses, or tracking Sessional Course performance, you can create tailored Views that show the exact columns you need, already sorted in the right order. You can save multiple Views, name them clearly, and switch between them with a single click!
Why use DataGrid Views?
The purpose of DataGrid Views are to save you from manually updating your DataGrid columns throughout your day as your priorities change.
As there are so many columns available in many of the DataGrids, manual updates can be a time-consuming task, this can mean that key fields are missed or inconsistencies introduced in how your data is viewed and reported on.
DataGrid Views solve this by letting you:
Save time - Configure your columns once, and reuse them whenever you need.
Reduce errors - Avoid missed or forgotten columns by saving a consistent setup.
Switch focus quickly - Jump between different Views depending on what you’re working on.
Stay organised - Name your Views by task, project, or team to keep your work structured.
How to use DataGrid Views
DataGrid Views can now create and manage personal DataGrid Views! You can:
Create new views from scratch or by using ‘Save As’
Rename and delete views
Apply or unapply views as needed
To create a new view, select the ‘Save as New View’ option and give your View a name!
Then just update the columns displayed in your DataGrid and choose how you would like them to be sorted:
Finally, click the ‘Save View’ button to save your column selection.
It will then be available in your Views bar to apply/unapply:
When a view is applied, a green badge will appear on the ‘Views’ tab button to show that a saved view is active.
If you make changes to columns or sorting, a red triangle will appear to indicate unsaved changes! This will disappear when you click the ‘Save view’ button.
You can toggle between your Views by clicking on them! Unlike Filters, only one View can be applied at a time.
Please note
You do not need to have a View applied! When you are viewing a DataGrid without a View applied, this is known as your personal default view, you can still make changes to this, the only difference is that it doesn’t have a name and you do not need to click save to save your column/sorting changes!
When will DataGrid Views be available for everyone?
We are aiming for a full rollout of DataGrid Views to administrators within the next few months!
We are also planning to have a ‘share’ option available, so that you can share any DataGrid Views you create with your team!

View linked Courses in the Opportunities DataGrid
You can now see which Courses are linked to your Opportunities at a glance, just add the new column to your Opportunities DataGrid.
You can now see which Courses are linked to your Opportunities directly from the DataGrid!
Just add the new ‘Course Template Name’ column using the ‘Change Columns’ option in the Opportunities DataGrid.
This new column is a dynamic link, which means that you can click on it to have a shortcut through to view more details!
View which Workflow your sent Communications relate to
Troubleshooting just got easier! Add the Workflow title as a new column in your Communications DataGrid to see which Workflow triggered each comm.
We’ve added two new columns to your Communications DataGrid:
Workflow ID
Workflow Title
You can use these columns to see exactly which Workflow triggered each email or SMS. If you have permission to view the Workflow, you can click the Workflow ID/Title as a shortcut through to view or edit it, this is great for investigating issues or gathering more information.
Just add the new ‘Workflow Title’ and/or ‘Workflow ID’ columns using the ‘Change Columns’ option in your Communications DataGrid.
This new column is a dynamic link, which means that you can click on it to have a shortcut through to view more details of that Workflow:
Please Note
Communications sent from Workflows prior to the date of this release will show blank. Any Communication where the Workflow ID is blank means that it has been sent manually
View Course and Booker information in the Bookings DataGrid
More visibility in your Bookings DataGrid! View and filter on the Courses that have been booked, this is very helpful for finding, reporting on, and managing your bookings.
We’ve made it easier to report on Bookings with new and updated columns in the Bookings DataGrid!
New columns include:
Booked Course IDs
Booked Course
Course Template IDs
Course Template Names
Booking Account Name (with search support!)
We’ve also made Delegate Name(s) and User Name default columns so all new Admins will have them included in their Bookings DataGrid as standard.
Additional improvements in the Bookings DataGrid include:
Support for sorting by, searching with and filtering with Booking User Name - ideal for customer support!
Support for searching and filter with Delegate Name(s) – ideal for troubleshooting!
Removal of the bulk edit option for Account Name and Booking User (this caused some issues previously)
Access Date of Birth in the Delegates module
You can now access and report on the Date of Birth of your Delegates directly from the Delegates DataGrids, this is very handy for age-restricted courses or for being audit-ready!
You can now view and use Date of Birth throughout the Delegates module. This date of birth information is referenced from the User, so you do not need to add it in each time someone registers onto a Course!
With this Date of Birth you can:
Adding it as a column in your Delegate DataGrids
Using it in Workflow rules
Including it as a merge field in Delegate-based Email Templates
Filter on it within the Delegates DataGrid, for example you can identify Delegates that do not have a Date of Birth by filtering using [Delegate Date of Birth] - [Is Empty]
This is very helpful for Courses that have age restrictions or if you need to capture this detail for compliance/audits!
Bulk assign Sign in Sheets, Registers and Certificate to Course Templates
Save time by assigning your Sheets, Registers and Certificates to multiple Course Templates in one go, no need to edit each one if you create a new version of your Document Templates!
Save time when managing Course Templates! You can now assign Sign in Sheets, Registers and Certificates to multiple Course Templates at once via the Bulk Edit option in your DataGrid.
Please note
Validation checks are in place based on the Training Provider to make sure your Document Templates are available for your selected Course Templates.
Include Mobile Number, NI Number and Account Billing Address in your Checkout Registration Form
Capture more information about your new customers in your Checkout Registration Form.
We’ve added even more flexibility to your Checkout Registration Form. When a new customer registers with you, you can now capture:
Mobile Number
National Insurance Number
Account Billing Address
Top tip!
When updating your Checkout Registration Form, only include the fields you really need. Asking for too much can slow down the booking process and lead to drop-offs, especially for your customers that are registering on a mobile device. Keep it simple to give your customers a faster, smoother experience!

Billing address improvements in Checkout
We’ve made improvements to how billing addresses are populated and saved during Checkout
Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made several improvements to the Billing Address options in Checkout!
Billing Address drop-down box
If the selected Billing Target has a Billing Address, that address will now be preselected as the Billing Address of the booking, to save clicks!
If the Billing Target does not have a Billing Address, instead, the Main Address is preselected.
Additionally, to make selecting the right address much easier, all addresses are now prefixed by their type in the dropdown (e.g. Billing, Contact)! The dropdown list now also lists the addresses in the order they were created.
Save Billing Address checkbox
The ‘Save Billing Address’ option has been renamed to ‘Save billing address for future use, this will update the existing billing address’ message for clarity! And to help protect your Customer Account information, this option is now only available to Managers when the billing target is an Account. This means individual users won’t be able to accidentally change the official billing address linked to your organisation.
Venue Aliases now pull into Checkout
If you use Venue Aliases (like e.g. ‘Training Centre' instead of 'Training Room 1A’), it’ll now show in Checkout – providing a clearer experience for your customers.
If you use Venue Aliases (like showing ‘Training Centre’ instead of ‘Room 1A’), these will now appear in the Checkout process instead of the internal Venue Name.
This means your customers will see clear, helpful information about where to go, while you still keep the detailed room info for internal use.
A small change that can make a big difference to the customer experience!
Please note
If you're using the v1 API feeds, you'll now benefit from Venue Alias being included in those feeds too.
Opportunity Item Summary updates
The ‘Opportunity Item Summary’ merge field now considers session & day-based Course costs accurately.
We’ve improved how the ‘Opportunity Item Summary’ merge field totals are calculated.
This merge field is really popular for communicating quotes and costings to enquiring customers! It automatically pulls in information from the Opportunity’s items, including their labels, values, and the quantity.
With this update, courses priced ‘per day’ or ‘per session’ now show their costs correctly in both the Cost column and the overall Total at the bottom of the Opportunity.
Please note
The costs do not include any Products or Services, or Sessions associated to the Courses, the costs only factor in the core Course pricing.

Update to a new version of Stripe
We’ve upgraded our Stripe integration behind the scenes – everything will work just the same for you and your bookers.
We’ve upgraded our Stripe integration to the latest version behind the scenes.
There’s no visible change for you or your customers, everything will continue to work as expected.
Update to a new version of Bootstrap
We’ve done a tidy-up under the hood – updating several modules including Bootstrap. Nothing you need to do or notice!
As part of our platform maintenance, we’ve updated several underlying node modules, including Bootstrap, which is used by the Checkout basket.
You shouldn’t notice any changes, but these updates keep your platform secure and up to date.
