Administration menu restructure
Find what you need faster with your newly organised & searchable Administration menu.
We’ve given the Admin menu a full refresh to make it easier to navigate!
The pages available in your Administration menu are now grouped into clear, logical sections, and each menu option has been given an updated description, so it is easier to see what pages are available and what each of them are for!
Additionally, you can use the new ‘Search’ option at the top of the page to quickly find the page you need!
Please note
Pages such as ‘Account Finance Options’ and ‘Security Options’ are still restricted to Super Administrator Users only!
Any/All Filters now available in Dashboard Gadgets & Workflows
The very popular ‘any/all’ toggle has been rolled out to more platform areas, including Workflow Rules and Dashboard Gadget Filters!
We’ve rolled out the much-loved ‘Any/All’ filter toggle to many other areas of the platform.
Any/All filters gives you more control, by letting you decide whether any or all conditions must be met! You’ll now find this option when filtering:
Your Dashboard Gadgets
Your Report Engine Gadgets
Your Workflow Settings
Your Webhook Settings
The toggle is perfect for scenarios like - including Delegates who were cancelled or on cancelled Courses (Any), or narrowing it down to only those who match both (All).
The toggle option will be available whenever you have 2 or more filters in place!
👥 Update to Administrator Roles
We’ve updated our Administrator roles to be simpler!
The ‘Training Administrator’ role is now included within the ‘Super Administrator’ role.
This means that Super Administrators can now automatically access everything that’s set-up for Training Administrators. For example Dashboards that are available to Training Administrators or Payment Methods with Training Administrator exclusivity, will now be available to Super Administrators without them needing to additionally have the Training Administrator role assigned.
🛒 ‘Continue Shopping’ button available in Checkout
We have introduced the ability to include a ‘Continue Shopping’ button to your Checkout basket
You can now guide your customers back to your website with a handy ‘Continue Shopping’ button in your Checkout basket!
Add a Continue Shopping button to your customers' baskets
To add a Continue Shopping button to your Checkout basket, just update your existing booking links by adding a bit of extra content to the end of the URL. This lets you control both where the button takes your customers.
This update is usually handled by your website team as part of your website integration.
Brand the Continue Shopping button
As standard, your Continue Shopping button will be labelled ‘Continue Shopping’ and it will use the button branding options that you have set for the ‘Back Button’.
However, you can define your own label, and override the colours used by including more information in the booking link!

🔁 Recurring Courses available from the Courses DataGrids
You can now schedule repeat Courses directly from your Course DataGrids!
Do you ever need to schedule the same Course multiple times? Recurring Courses can make scheduling repeat Courses much quicker!
You can now launch the recurring course tool straight from your Class Course or Web Course DataGrids. Just click the arrow icon next to the green ‘+ Add Course’ button and select the new ‘Add Recurring Course’ option.

📝 Help Text for your Custom Fields
Your Custom Field descriptions are now available to guide your Admins as help text.
You can now make your Custom Fields easier to understand with built-in help text. This can be very helpful for supporting your team and new admins!
To add help text, simply enter a ‘Description’ when creating or editing a Custom Field.
This Description will appear as a tooltip when users hover over the ? icon on your forms.
For any admins using the platform in an alternative language to English, this help text will also translate for them!
Top tip!
Keep your Custom Field descriptions short, clear, and jargon-free so they’re easy to understand at a glance!
If you already have descriptions in place, just edit the Custom Field from your Custom Fields DataGrid and save. Your existing description will soon start showing as help text.
Please note
It can take up to 24 hours for help text to appear across your platform.
🕵️ Shortcut added to Audits
Jump straight from an audit log to the item in question!
In this update we have added a new ‘Click To View’ option within your Audit Log items!
This new shortcut lets you quickly access the item in question. From there you can:
Preview it to view more information
Edit it to make further updates
Or follow the DataGrid option to view the item within it’s DataGrid and complete further actions
Terminology update within Accounts
Goodbye ‘Employees’, hello ‘Users’! We’ve updated the terminology used within Accounts to make it consistent with the rest of the platform.
To keep things consistent, the ‘Employees’ page (available from the Accounts DataGrid) has been renamed to ‘Users’. This matches the rest of the platform, to make learning it a little easier for new members of your team!
Internet Calendar usability improvement
We’ve made it simpler to connect to your Internet Calendars, no more long URLs to copy manually! You’ll now see a click-to-copy link that makes subscribing to your Resources' calendars quick and easy.
Since October 2024, you’ve been able to subscribe to Trainer or Venue calendars directly in your Outlook or Google Calendar. These subscriptions automatically update whenever Courses are added or changed for that Resource.
With this latest update we have improved the set-up process for Internet Calendars, all you need to do is click the link to copy it, then paste it into your calendar tool to stay in sync!

Delegate Custom Fields available for eLearning & Document Delegates
Delegate-based Custom Fields are now editable on eLearning and Knowledge Document Delegates too.
You can now use your Delegate Custom Fields on eLearning and Document Delegate forms too, not just Classroom & Webinar Delegate forms! This means you can view and edit the same custom information for all types of Delegates in your platform.
To support this, the section names used when creating Delegate-based Custom Fields have been updated to reflect the layout of all the Delegate forms. So when you're adding a new field, you'll see revised section names that cater for them all!
🧑🏫 Custom Fields available to Trainers
Trainers can now see shared Custom Fields in their forms, not just DataGrids.
Building on our March 2025 update where you could share Custom Fields with your Trainers for them to view in their DataGrids, Trainers can now view shared Delegate & Course Custom Fields directly on their forms.
This gives your Trainers a complete, at-a-glance view of the Course or Delegate, all in one place, including any relevant Custom Field information you’ve chosen to share.
📈 Google Analytics supports Discounts
Discounts now appear in your purchase tracking!
We’ve improved how your booking data is tracked in Google Analytics, discount values are now included in your ‘purchase’ events and are shown as net values.
Here’s how it works:
Discounts are displayed per line item within the purchase event
The total value of discounts in the booking is split proportionally across all Course items in the basket
The discount values are shown without rounding, helping to avoid rounding discrepancies in your reporting
👤 Helpful warning when updating Placeholder quantity
We have introduced a new warning to Placeholder updates to prevent overbookings on your Courses!
If you try to increase the number of Placeholder spaces beyond what’s available on a Course, you’ll now get a warning to let you know that this update will put your Course over capacity!
This means that you can either proceed, or pause to check the Course before you continue with your update.
🎟 Lifetime options removed from Vouchers
We have tidied up the Vouchers form to remove a non-functional option.
The non-functional ‘Lifetime’ option has now been removed from the Vouchers page.
