Edit the PO Number
Follow these steps to edit the PO Number for a Booking
Locate and update the PO Number on a Booking
These steps will guide you through locating and Editing the PO Number for a Booking
From the Main Navigation Menu, select ‘Accounts'
This will open the Accounts DataGrid
Use the available DataGrid filters and/or the search to find the Customer Account, you can do this by searching the Account name or Account ID
Right-click on the Account and select the ‘Bookings’ context menu option
This will open the Accounts Booking DataGrid
If the Account has multiple Bookings, search for the booking by using the Search bar, or you can achieve this by applying a filter for 'PO Number' - 'Contains' - enter the current PO number
Once you have found the Booking, right-click on the Booking and select 'Edit PO Number'
Update the PO Number to the New PO number
Click the Save & Close button
To ensure that your PO Number has been saved correctly, add the ‘PO Number’ column to your DataGrid
