SmartGrids: Trainer Confirmations

The Trainer Confirmations Smart Grid is a place where Trainer Confirmations for all courses on accessplanit can be viewed in one place. You can use this Smart Grid to see who has accepted or declined training.

By default this Smart Grid has the following columns:

• Trainer
• Requested by Full Name
• Date Requested
• Date Responded
• Status

You can a filter to show the status of accepted or declined, which will give you an overview of what all trainers are doing.

From this Smart Grid, you can right-click and view the Trainer Confirmation email that was sent out from accessplanit to the Trainer.
