Setting a Course Template to be exclusive to a specific customer is a fantastic way to streamline your course creation process to make sure that any newly created courses automatically include this exclusivity, making it easier to schedule and control access to your Courses.
With accessplanit’s Course Template options, you can easily configure Course Templates to have exclusivity settings in place.

Set your Course Template to only be available for a specific customer
The only step is to update your Course Template to have Account or Account Group Exclusivity!
Open the Course Template DataGrid from the main navigation menu on the left
This will open the Course Template DataGrid
Using the search bar or filters, search for the Course Template you want to make exclusive
You can search using the Course Template ID, Name or by using a filter to narrow down what you are looking for
Once you have located the Course Template, right click and select ‘Exclusivity’ from the context menu
This will open the exclusivity form
Here you have two options to choose from
a. Accounts - An Account is generally speaking a customer of your business. Users within your accessplanit platform are stored within Accounts.
b. Account Groups - An Account Group is where all your Accounts are housed. Where as Accounts means you can be more specific and make your Course Template Exclusive to specific Accounts, Account Groups means that you can make the course Exclusive to a large number of Accounts that would fall into your Account Group.Once you have selected your Accounts or Account Groups, press the Save
Your Course Template now have Exclusivity set up, which will automatically be in place for any new Courses you schedule!
