Add a Note to a Course

Open the ‘Class’ or ‘Web’ Course DataGrid from your main navigation menu on the left   Find the Course that you would like to add a Note to by applying filters and/or searching the Courses DataGrid   Once you have found your Course, right-click on it to view the context menu options for this Course, select the ‘Notes’ option This will open the ‘Notes’ DataGrid Click the ‘Add Note’ button This will open the ‘Add Note’ pop up box In the ‘Details’ section, double check that the Course showing is the course you wish to map the Note to If this is incorrect, use the ‘Select’ button to select the correct Course from the options available Under the ‘Notes’ section, you will see there is a drop down for Note Type, here you can choose what the note relates to such as Booking Adjustment, Payment, Quick Note etc, Add your note into the ‘Note’ section Under the action section, you can choose whether Trainers can see this note or not by ticking or unticking the checkbox Once the form has been filled in, click the ‘Save & Close’ button Please Note You can add your own Note Type options in custom list items which can be found under Profile > Administration > Custom List Items
