This page outlines the security configuration options available within your accessplanit platform.

Password Policy

Your accessplanit platform has one central password policy, this can be updated.

These are the default policy settings for passwords:

Minimum password length: 8 characters
Minimum numeric characters: 2
Minimum lowercase characters: 0
Minimum uppercase characters: 0
Password expires (days): 60
Allowed failed attempts: 3
Password Reuse: 12
Password Min Age (Days): 1
Lockout Duration (Days): 5
Require one Special Character (? ! $, etc): Yes
Don't Force Password Change after Reset: No = Password change is required
Account Locked Message: accessplanit’s default message

Platform Timeout

The default session timeout for accessplanit platforms is 180 minutes, this means that after 180 minutes of inactivity you will be logged out of your accessplanit platform.

It is possible for us to adjust this timeout duration for your platform, if you would like to update this please get in touch with a member of the accessplanit support team.
