How to schedule a Class Course

  1. Navigate to Courses, and select Class.



  2. You will be taken to the relevant DataGrid. Select Add. 

  3. Select the Training Provider from the drop-down box and choose the Course Template you want to use.



  4. Enter an Override Alias to rename the Course if required.

  5. Enter the start and end dates and times of the Course and if not already entered at the Course Template level,  and enter information such as duration, minimum and maximum number of places, Venue, Trainer, cost and financial options. If you're not sure of any of these details, you can add them at a later date.

  6. There are a number of remaining optional fields including:
    1. Advertise - this allows you to choose whether the course will display on your Course list or not.
    2. Hide From Web - ticking this will prevent the Course date from showing on your website.


  7. Click Save to save your Course.

How to copy a Booking Link for a Class Course

  1. Navigate to Courses, and select Class.



  2. Right click the Course you wish to copy Booking Links for, and select Display Links from the context menu.



  3. From this menu, selecting one of the options will allow you to either copy the link to your clipboard, generate an email containing the link, or otherwise share it via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn.

Tip!

Display links can be bundled so multiple courses can be booked together, by using the Course Date IDs and a pipe delimiter symbol.

For example:

https://customername.accessplanit.com/accessplan/clientinput/course/coursebooker.aspx?coursedateid=1234|5678

This would add both Course Date ID: 1234 and ID: 5678 to your basket at the same time.


How to quick mark Course status and Delegate attendance

  1. Navigate to Courses, and select Class.

  2. Right click the Course you wish to change Course and Delegate statuses for, and select Edit Course & Delegate Status from the context menu.



  3. In the drop down, select the status you wish to Change the course to.



  4. If there is a corresponding Delegate status for this Course status, tick the Apply status to Delegates box. All Delegates will then have their statuses changed to this status.



  5. Click Save & Close to save your changes.
