Password Policy

If you have a preferred password policy please inform your Implementation Manager.

The following password attributes can be configured. They are shown here with the default values which will be applied:

  • Minimum password length: 8 characters

  • Minimum numeric characters: 1

  • Minimum lowercase characters: 1 

  • Minimum uppercase characters: 1 

  • Password expires (days): 60

  • Allowed failed attempts: 3 

  • Password Reuse: 12

  • Password Min Age (Days): 1

  • Lockout Duration (Days): 5

  • Require one Special Character (? ! $, etc): Yes

  • Don't Force Password Change after Reset: Yes   (No = Password change is required)

  • Account Locked Message: Default
