What are cookies?

The accessplanit platform and the accessplanit shopping baskets require cookies to function correctly.

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit a website. We use cookies for a variety of purposes and to enhance your online experience on our website(for example, to remember your account login details).

Strictly necessary cookies

Necessary cookies help make a website usable by enabling basic functions like page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies

• prevSessionID: Used to prevent concurrent logins and to allow a session to resume after the application recycles or the site is updated.

• ASP.NET_SessionId: Id to identify the current logged in user so that the user doesn't have to login with every request.

• .ASPXAUTH: Used to protect against Session Fixating.

• usm_lr: Used by all pages to remember the last time the client made a request to the server.This cookie is used to keep a session active when the likes of eLearning is being played.

• izcCurrentCultureCode: Izenda: needed for report writer to function

• izcResponseServer: Izenda: needed for report writer to function

• sb3uk: Shopping Basket 3: Used to track the clients basket before they have logged on.

• sb3uk_referrer: Shopping Basket 3: Used to track the referrer to the shopping basket. This is then subsequently used when the Continue Shopping option is used.

• refreshToken: Needed for checkout to function

• basketID: Needed for checkout to function

Tracking and performance cookies

• SL_C_[ID]_KEY: Smartlook, used to anonymously track individual visitors website usage

• SL_C_[ID]_GID: Smartlook, used to anonymously track individual visitors website usage

• SL_C_[ID]_SID: Smartlook, used to anonymously track individual visitors website usage

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used for tracking & advertising purposes.

• _ga: Google Analytics

• _gid: Google Analytics

• _gat: Google Analytics

• ga_account_ID: Google Analytics Account ID, used to identify account specific cookies.

Iframe issues with cookies

Please note that the cookies banner does not operate correctly if your accessplanit platform is run within an iframe, the feature cannot accurately record cookie preferences from an iframe and the banner will continue to pop-up on every accessplanit page that is accessed. Therefore we do not recommend that you provide access to your accessplanit platform to customers or administrators via an iframe, and instead provide a direct link (URL) to your users to access the platform.
